⚠️ PUBLIC SAFETY ALARM: 48 DAYS UNTIL SUPREME COURT PIL FILING

Is Your Child's Joy Ride a Deathtrap?

We trust local melas and parks with our families. But behind the lights, a "Voluntary Safety" loophole is costing lives.

🚨 The Cost of Inaction: Recent Tragedies

Surajkund (2026)

1 Dead | 13 Injured
A "Tsunami" swing collapsed due to structural fatigue. Standards were ignored.

Rajkot (2024)

27 Lives Lost
Fire at an unlicensed gaming zone. No mandatory exit or safety audits existed.

Ahmedabad (2019)

2 Dead | 29 Injured
A pendulum ride snapped mid-air. The inspection was a "paper-only" formality.

The Shocking Truth: Safety is "Optional"

Currently, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) code IS 15475 is the gold standard for ride safety. However, it is 100% Voluntary. This means an operator can run a 20-year-old, rusted Ferris wheel without ever being legally forced to meet these safety codes.

📄 Read the Reform Roadmap

Our March 2026 Policy Paper demands that the Ministry of Consumer Affairs issues a Quality Control Order (QCO) to make safety audits mandatory for every ride in India.

Don't Just Be a Spectator. Be a Watchdog.

We need 1,00,000 signatures and 5,000 verified ride reports to win in the Supreme Court. Your photo of a rusted bolt or an untrained operator is evidence for the PIL.
