Objective: To ensure PRAN remains an inclusive, diverse, and safe workplace that reflects its core values of Equity and Human Dignity.

  • Gender Sensitization: All team members and volunteers must undergo periodic training to ensure our community outreach and "Grassroots to Policy" work is gender-sensitive.

  • POSH Compliance: In accordance with Indian law, PRAN maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment. A dedicated Internal Committee (IC) led by the Scientific & Research Lead (Dr. Seema) oversees all grievances.
