Anti-Corruption and Whistle-Blowing Policy
Objective: To uphold the highest standards of Governance and Accountability internally and in our external engagement with multi-stakeholders
Zero Tolerance for Bribery: No staff member or volunteer shall offer or accept any form of bribe or illegal gratification while performing duties, particularly during Advocacy or Mediation services
. Safe Reporting (Whistle-Blowing): Any stakeholder—whether a staff member or a community beneficiary—can report unethical conduct directly to the Executive Director (Amarjeet Singh) or a designated board member via email
. Non-Retaliation: PRAN guarantees that no individual will face professional or personal retaliation for reporting a concern in good faith.
Financial Integrity: All project funds are subject to strict internal audits and are utilized solely for advancing our Core Areas of Work.
