DIGITAL PRODUCTS
As our products are digital downloads (PDF files), we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.
EXCEPTIONS — We will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive the download link
- The file was corrupted or unreadable
- You were charged more than once for the same product

CANCELLATIONS
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and download link is issued.
BULK ORDERS
For bulk orders of 10+ copies for NGOs, educational institutions or government bodies, special pricing
