• Contact Data: Email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.

• Expertise Data: Your specific areas of interest (e.g., Public Health, Consumer Rights, or Road Safety).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your information strictly for the following institutional purposes:

• Networking: To manage the Action Network and facilitate collaboration between advocates and practitioners.

• Governance: To maintain the Board of Mentors and provide strategic oversight for our 4As (Appreciate, Assist, Analyze, Advocate) methodology.

• Updates: To share policy research, legal alerts (like the #SafeSwingsSafeSmiles campaign), and foundation newsletters.

• Compliance: To maintain records required under the Companies Act for Section 8 organizations.

4. Data Storage and Confidentiality

• Security: We use encrypted cloud storage and secure Google Workspace environments to prevent unauthorized access.

• Non-Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third-party commercial entities.

• Public Profiles: We only feature the names and designations of our Action Network members or Board of Mentors on our website with explicit verbal or written consent.

5. Third-Party Links & Cookies

Our website may use standard "Log Files" and "Cookies" (via Blogger/Google) to analyze web traffic. We have no control over cookies used by third-party platforms (like LinkedIn or YouTube) when you click on external links.
